Psychotherapy
Immediate emotional connection and clarity
At Alternative Minds, we believe psychotherapy must be relational, reflexive and responsive - attending not only to individual pain but to the systems we live in, and the sorrows that shape the soul. we pay close attention, to how people navigate lies transitions, offering care that listens deeply rather than fixes quickly. Integrating neuroscience, spirituality and cultural understanding, we support healing from gried, trauma, conflict, anxiety and disconnection. Each session offers a space to slow down, reconnect with the self and others whilst rediscovering what truly matters.

What to expect
Each sessions are 60-75 minutes and guided by qualified and trained systemic psychotherapists.
Our first meeting explores your story and needs, followed by a plan that fits your pace and context. We offer both in-person and online sessions to ensure accessibility and safety. All sessions are confidential.
Learning through practice
Each therapy session contributes to our collective inquiry in how care evolves- across minds, families and systems. Through practice based research, we transformed lived experiences into insigts that inform both practice and policy.
Our work is grounded in the belief that care must be studied from within its own context. This will ensure relevance and reliability of the work we do. In Singapore and across the region., cultural, spiritual and social realities shape how people heal and connect. By documenting and analysisng these dynamics, we are developing a locally rooted and regionally informed approach to systemic psychotherapy.
Through our research labs, reflective publications and training programmes, we build bridges between practice and knowledge - ensure that care remains alive, ethical and responsive to the needs of our communities.
Circle of support
Every session you support helps another person heal.
Our therapy work is sustained through the Continuity of Care, a fund enabling access for clients who need therapy but cannot afford it.
